Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Processing time: 1-2 business days
• Business days: Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays)
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Cold-Chain Integrity

All peptide products are stored at -20°C in our facility and shipped with temperature-controlled packaging to preserve compound integrity during transit:

• Insulated shipping containers with cold packs
• Temperature-stable packaging rated for multi-day transit
• Products are packaged immediately before dispatch to minimize time outside cold storage

For orders shipping during extreme heat conditions, we may automatically upgrade your shipping speed at no additional cost to protect product quality.

Shipping Coverage

Veridon Peptides currently ships within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

• All 50 US states are eligible for shipping
• PO Boxes may not be eligible for all shipping methods
• APO/FPO addresses are handled on a case-by-case basis

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or compromised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will evaluate your claim and may issue a replacement at our sole discretion.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and may issue a replacement if the carrier confirms the package was lost.

All Sales Final

We may consider a replacement (not a refund) only in the following limited circumstances, at our sole and absolute discretion:

• Product arrives visibly damaged, leaked, or compromised during transit (photographic evidence required within 7 days of delivery)
• Product received does not match the product ordered (wrong item shipped)
• Product demonstrably fails to meet the purity specifications stated on the accompanying Certificate of Analysis
• Carrier tracking confirms the package was lost and never delivered

The following do not qualify for replacement or refund:

• Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or change of research direction
• Dissatisfaction with experimental or research outcomes
• Opened, used, or reconstituted products (unless demonstrably defective)
• Orders not claimed or refused at delivery
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control

All replacement requests must be submitted to info@veridonpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.

Shipping Liability

Risk of loss and title for all products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Veridon Peptides is not responsible for:

• Delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after handoff
• Temperature excursions during transit caused by carrier mishandling or delays
• Packages left in extreme conditions after delivery (e.g., on a porch in direct sunlight)
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer
• Customs holds, seizures, or delays for any reason
